- Primero. RECHAZAR por improcedente la solicitud elevada por el señor LUIS ANTONIO ÁVILA CASTAÑEDA con el propósito de que se obligue a la Caja de Sueldos de Retiro de la Policía Nacional a cumplir con la orden impartida en la Sentencia T-588 de 2004, proferida por esta Corporación el diez (10) de junio de dos mil cuatro (2004), de acuerdo con las consideraciones realizadas en este auto.
- Segundo. Contra esta providencia no procede ningún recurso.
